Trump takes credit for 'raising' American wages that are actually flat

President Donald Trump’s morning Twitterstorm began with an attack on members of Congress and proceeded into touting economic numbers he once went after as false.

"If ObamaCare is hurting people, [and] it is, why shouldn't it hurt the insurance companies [and] why should Congress not be paying what public pays?" Trump said Monday morning

"Highest Stock Market EVER, best economic numbers in years, unemployment lowest in 17 years, wages raising, border secure, S.C.: No WH chaos!" he went on to say.

Trump attacked the same numbers in the past when they depicted positive development in the economy during former President Barack Obama's administration. While the markets are holding steady, wages are not keeping up with economic needs of everyday Americans.

The markets are still waiting for the tax cut and deregulation they've anticipated since Trump was elected. They still haven't seen quite the rally as other presidents, including Obama.

He also retweeted a Fox News report on gang violence.
