Trump threatens: ‘I will be using the power of the pen to give great HealthCare to many people - FAST’

President Donald Trump began Tuesday with a Twitterstorm saying that he alone will fix the healthcare crisis.

"Since Congress can't get its act together on HealthCare, I will be using the power of the pen to give great HealthCare to many people - FAST," Trump tweeted. Though It’s not clear what plan he intends to enact, or how he will accomplish what a Republican-majority Congress has been unable to do.
