Trump's legal team is finalizing their written answers to Mueller — and may submit them this week: report

Donald Trump met with his lawyers Monday to go over written answers his legal team will be submitting to special counsel Robert Mueller.

CNN reported on the meeting per a source familiar with the session.

"The meeting was the latest as the responses are finalized," the report noted, "and the source said the answers could be submitted to the special counsel in the coming days."

The questions reportedly revolve around Russia and not obstruction of justice, the source told CNN, which is per an agreement with the special counsel's team to "move forward" the investigation.
