WATCH: Accused rapist gets an epic public shaming after Rhode Island man sees him out on bond

In a cellphone video posted to the Concerned Citizens of West Warwick Facebook page, a Rhode Island man filmed an encounter with a local man currently out on bail for allegedly raping a 14-year-old girl.

According to Jay Messier, he encountered 53-year-old Lloyd Baker standing on a downtown corner holding a cardboard sign and asking for donations.

Baker is currently out on bail for a third-degree sexual assault charge of the young teen in 2014, after she had been kidnapped and sexually assaulted by an accomplice, 57-year-old Robert Perry, according to the Providence Journal.

Writing on Facebook, he said: "'Alleged' Rapist Lloyd Baker has been panhandling for money on OUR streets while he awaits trial for rape and kidnap of a local teenage girl! Not on my watch! I just told him to go back in his f*ckin' hole!"

In the video, Messier confronts the man who admits that his name is Lloyd Baker.

'Is your name Lloyd? Lloyd Baker?" Messier asks as Baker nods. "The same guy that's out on bail right now, accused of raping that girl?"

Baker replies, "No" before adding "Why you asking me this?"

"Because this is not a spot for a gentleman like you to be collecting money at," Messier replies. "There's a lot of people here that probably don't know you're out on bail for that. You think your parole officer would be okay with you being out here like this?"

After Baker points out he is not on parole, Messier yells, "This guy right here is accused of raping a girl. Yeah, that's right. Go find another f*cking corner not in West Warwick."

Messier then unleashes a fusillade of f-bombs as Baker grabs his things and walks away.
