WATCH: Ben Affleck uses his best townie impression to get NH residents to 'registah' to vote

Like many native Bostonians, Ben Affleck has a soft spot in his heart for New Hampshire, Massachusetts's neighbor to the north the doubles as a pivotal swing state.

Affleck joined Funny or Die this week to cut a promotional video imploring New Hampshire residents to register to vote on November 8 -- and he did it by doing his best New England townie impression.

"I've been loving on New Hampshire since I was, like, a baby Pats fan," Affleck says in the PSA. "I took my first steps in New Hampshire... figuratively."

After praising the state, he then gets down to business of telling people why they should vote in this election.

"If you give a sh*t about women's rights, if you care about keeping the environment safe for future generations, if you care about people getting to p*ss in the f*cking bathroom of their choice, then guess who's got your back in this election?" he says.
