On Monday, CNN host Chris Cuomo knocked President Donald Trump for only caring about the facts that benefit him.
"That's the only fact that matter as far as Trump seems to be concerned. The evidence doesn't matter," Cuomo said.
He then listed examples of times that Trump got ahead of the facts or totally disregarded them all together.
"When you look at Trump's track record, you see he often gets ahead of the facts. Rember birtherism — launched his political career," Cuomo said.
Cuomo then explained that Trump has a knack for believing powerful men around the world such as the Saudi King, Vladimir Putin, and Kim Jong-un.
"If Trump likes you, or if he fears you, then he's going to say, all right, I'll take his word. Like the case of Brett Kavanaugh, Roy Moore, and Bob Porter. If they confirm what he wants you to think, then he's happy to get ahead of the truth. His relationship with the facts means that he's often strong when he should be soft and soft when he needs to stand strong."
