"Wrinkles" the clown never meant to be a viral Internet sensation. When he started out, he was just another guy with a clown suit and a dream.
But now, according to Ft. Myers' Channel 2 News, the Florida man is rapidly becoming a Florida legend.
"People pay me to go scare their friends, to dance at their parties, bar mitzvahs, it's limitless," said Wrinkles to Channel 2.
Florida residents have set up a Google Plus account to track "sightings" of Wrinkles around Ft. Myers and other locations in Southwestern Florida.
Videos -- like one of Wrinkles lurking in a little girl's bedroom -- have gone viral and brought Wrinkles more attention than he ever expected.
"Ever since these kids put me on the internet, my phone rings nonstop," he said. "It's ridiculous."
"I just want to have a good time," he explained. "Make a little extra money on the side, have a little fun before I die."
