WATCH LIVE: President Trump holds rally in Iowa

On Tuesday, President Donald Trump will hold a campaign rally in Council Bluffs, Iowa.

Trump is expected to talk about his ban on higher ethanol fuel blend, and boast about Republicans ahead of the November midterms.

"I’m going to Iowa tonight. We have a big, big crowd. We’re going to make a big announcement tonight by the way in Iowa. We’re going to be making a very big announcement," Trump said.

His rally is scheduled to start at 7:30 p.m. EST.
