WATCH: Off-duty Ohio cop arrested twice in less than 3 hours for drunk driving and speeding

Officials released new video on Friday from the arrest of an off-duty Cleveland, Ohio highway patrolman who was pulled over twice in less than three hours for driving under the influence and speeding.

Cleveland's Fox 8 News said that Eric Williams was pulled over on Oct. 6 and cited for possessing a weapon and driving under the influence. Less than three hours later, police pulled him over again for speeding.

The new video shows Williams being questioned by an officer who asked if he'd beed drinking. Williams denied it, but the arresting officer told Williams he could smell the alcohol.

"How many did you have?" he asked Williams.

"Nothing," Williams responded. "Nothing, really."

The off-duty officer was taken in and booked on the weapons and DUI charge, then released into custody of the woman who was in the car with him.

Within hours, he was pulled over again for speeding and arrested a second time in Middleburg Heights.

"So let me get this straight," said the officer who pulled Williams over for speeding. "You got popped for OVI [operating a vehicle while intoxicated] tonight at 10 p.m...."

"Now you guys are laughing at me," Williams interjected.

"I'm not laughing," the Middleburg Heights officer replied.
