On Monday, Princeton University Professor Eddie Glaude chronicled the long list of unacceptable behavior by President Donald Trump that the GOP leadership failed to denounce.
"Illusions are shattering around us," said Glaude. "We saw in very clear, stark terms today the crisis the country faces."
He had a message for the GOP.
"When it came to Charlottesville, you gave him a break," said Glaude. "Undermining NATO, fundamentally challenging the role of the country in the world. If you can't say what he actually represents as a threat to the country then you are complicit," he concludes.
