On Thursday night, Late Night host Seth Meyers dove deep into President Donald Trump's efforts to thwart the Russia investigation.
Specifically, Meyers discussed Trump's mobster-like praise of the "brave" Roger Stone who has refused to cooperate with investigators.
Meyers displayed a photo of Stone dressed as a dandy.
"It takes real guts to go out dressed like a coke dealer from a Charles Dickens novel," Meyers said.
Meyers also mocked Trump's comments about how it should be illegal to flip defendants against other co-conspirators.
"Trump may say he's against flipping but if he were ever arrested he'd flip more than a dad at a cookout," Meyers said. "Here is our scientific computer simulation of how Trump would react if he was indicted.... 'It was Don Jr, it was Eric, it was Ivanka, it was Melania, it was Tiffany—take Tiffany, you want Tiffany, you don't want me you want Tiffany!'"
Meyers mocked Trump for giving an interview to the New York Post and said that Trump clearly would prefer to be the mayor of New York instead of president, that way he'd have many fewer responsibilities and could get sandwiches named after him at delis.
"Make sure you order the Donald Trump," Meyers said, imitating Trump. "It's a turkey sandwich but the turkey is ham because I'm a liar."
