(UPDATED) Texas station retracts statements made by witness to Whataburger assault over 'concerns about legitimacy'

EDITOR'S note: Texas station KENS5 has removed the witness quotes from their story. In a statement the station said: "An earlier version of this story included quotes from the alleged witness. Those have been removed from this copy due to concerns about the legitimacy of the statements."
