Woman says Donald Trump tried reach up skirt and grab her genitals at NYC nightclub

Another woman has come forward with allegations that Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump reached up her skirt and grabbed at her vagina when she was trying to have a conversation with friends at a Manhattan nightclub in the early 1990s.

The Washington Post sought out Kristin Anderson -- who now lives in southern California -- to see if she would corroborate the story they'd heard from other sources about the former reality TV star turned politician.

Anderson said that yes, she was at a club with friends and sitting on a velvet couch when she suddenly became aware that the man next to her was attempting to put his hand up her skirt. She shoved the hand away and jumped off the couch. Only then did she turn and look at her attacker, who turned out to be none other than Donald Trump.

“He was so distinctive looking -- with the hair and the eyebrows. I mean, nobody else has those eyebrows,” Anderson said.

At the time, Anderson was an aspiring model, working to support herself as a makeup artist and restaurant hostess. Trump has had hand on her inner thigh and genitalia for less than 30 seconds, she said, but she and her friends were “very grossed out and weirded out."

At the time, she said, she thought to herself, “Okay, Donald is gross. We all know he’s gross. Let’s just move on.”

“It wasn’t a sexual come-on. I don’t know why he did it. It was like just to prove that he could do it, and nothing would happen,” Anderson said. “There was zero conversation. We didn’t even really look at each other. It was very random, very nonchalant on his part.”

Now 46, Anderson works as a photographer. Her friend Kelly Stedman told the Post that Anderson told her about the incident just days after it happened.

“We were out at a girls’ brunch," Stedman said, at the Great Jones Café. When Anderson recounted the sleazy incident, the group burst out "laughing at how pathetic it was" that Trump was attempting to paw random strangers at a club.

Another friend of Anderson's, photographer Brad Trent, remembers Anderson telling him the story in 2007.

“It was just girls saying stories about how they got hit on by creepy old guys,” Trent recalled. “That’s when I found out about it.”

“It’s a sexual assault issue, and it’s something that I’ve kept quiet on my own,” Anderson told the Post. “And I’ve always kept quiet. And why should I keep quiet? Actually, all of the women should speak up, and if you’re touched inappropriately, tell somebody and speak up about it. Actually go to the authorities and press some charges. It’s not okay.”

Anderson joins a growing number of women who have spoken out in recent weeks about unwanted sexual advances and groping by Trump, who denied ever touching any women against their will at the second presidential debate against Democratic rival Hillary Clinton.

Last week, audio recordings of Trump from 2005 surfaced in which he bragged to Access Hollywood host Billy Bush that his fame allows him to grope women and "grab them by the pu**y" with impunity.
