You just paid $14,000 for Trump's EPA chief Scott Pruitt to jet around Oklahoma: report

Health Secretary Tom Price and isn't the only member of the Trump administration in hot water for chartering private jets on the taxpayer's dime.

According to CBS News, Environmental Protection Agency head Scott Pruitt also chartered a private jet in July.

"Pruitt flew within his home state of Oklahoma on a private plane in July," the report reads. "That trip cost taxpayers more than $14,000."

The news came just a day after the New York Times revealed that the EPA paid $25,000 for a soundproof booth for Pruitt's office. Earlier this year, Pruitt also came under fire for his expensive 18-person security detail, which he said he needed for protection from "the left."
