WSJ reporter 'perplexed' by Trump and J.D. Vance tripling down on attacks on women

Republicans continue to attack childless women as part of Donald Trump's re-election campaign, despite widespread criticism and a notable gender gap in polling.

Arkansas Gov. Sarah Huckabee Sanders became the latest to join the fray, saying that her own children kept her humble but noting that Kamala Harris, who's the stepmother to two adult children, ā€œdoesn’t have anything keeping her humble," and CNN panelists are puzzled over the GOP's messaging.

WASHINGTON — Congressional Republicans will spend millions on television ads this fall targeting Texas Democrats for supporting pro-LGBTQ+ legislation — a bet that issue will resonate more than the border or economy.

Vicente Gonzalez, D-McAllen, of pushing ā€œsex changes for kids.ā€ U.S. Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, also unveiled Tuesday his campaign’s biggest ad buy yet for two ads accusing challenger U.S. Rep. Wade in 2022. Kentucky’s current abortion ban has no exceptions for rape or incest.

'That's not my point!' Conservative fact-checked for blaming Democrats for Trump threats

A conservative commentator got fact-checked on CNN for claiming that Democrats were to blame for a second apparent assassination attempt against Donald Trump.

The U.S. Secret Service rousted an armed gunman from a hiding place Sunday near a West Palm Beach, Florida, golf course where the former president was playing, and panelists on "CNN This Morning" debated whether political rhetoric encouraged that incident or the wave of threats against schools and government offices in Springfield, Ohio, after Trump and running mate J.D.
