Donald Trump should have his pre-trial release "revoked" in his criminal cases because of the "reckless lies" he's spreading about Haitian immigrants, according to a former federal prosecutor.

Ex-prosecutor Glenn Kirschner said in a video released Saturday that Trump is endangering lives of "entire populations" by telling "despicable lies" about them, including that they are stealing and eating local residents' cats and dogs. The legal analyst highlighted recent bomb threats in Springfield, Ohio, which are suspected to have stemmed from Trump's attacks on Haitian immigrants and have led to school closures for multiple days.

Trump's campaign is running into a major get-out-the-vote complication: Guardian reporter

According to the Guardian's Hugo Lowell, Donald Trump's chances of winning the election in November is being hampered by an understaffed get-out-the-vote effort in must-win states that likely can't be remedied at such a late date.

Speaking with MSNBC host Alex Witt, the Guardian reporter noted the massive disparity of paid Trump employees versus Vice President Kamala Harris staffers on the ground in the pivotal state of Pennsylvania because the former president's campaign decided to outsource contacting potential voters,

Adding to the problem is that it is difficult to find people who will now take what is in essence a job that will last less than 2 months.

Michael Cohen brings receipts and singles out rare two groups Trump has not attacked

Speaking with MSNBC's Ali Velshi on Saturday afternoon, former Donald Trump lawyer Michael Cohen made the case that his former boss is an equal opportunity offender of various groups and races in America with the notable exclusion of two that he won't mess with.

Joking with the host as they discussed the former president's most recent targets, Haitian immigrants living legally in Ohio, Cohen claimed he actually showed up with notes for the first time to make his case.

"You came with receipts about the number of groups, with the exception of one or two, that Donald Trump has insulted in his tenure of politics," host Velshi prompted his guest.

"Yeah, the only two I can think of are white supremacists, as well the evangelical groups," the former attorney replied. "Short of that, there's not a single group in America, whether it is veterans, firefighters, police officers, Blacks, Jews, Mexicans —I actually brought it, it is the first time being on any show I've actually brought notes with me, but women, Asian Americans, Latinos."

"I mean we can go on here: Muslims, disabled people, Native Americans, obviously the Haitian immigrants, African nations, handicapped journalists, Puerto Ricans — you name it," he elaborated. "The question I would sort of pose is: why are there any members of these communities that would possibly vote for him, or think that he is the right person for the job of the presidency of the United States of America again?"

'He doesn't need sideshows now': Red flags raised that Trump is crippling his campaign

With Donald Trump's third run for the presidency faltering as election day nears, political observers looking at his need to bring independent voters into his camp claim he is doing himself no favors this week.

Still reeling from a disastrous debate performance on Tuesday when he faced off for the first time with Vice President Kamala Harris, Trump has subsequently been closely linked to far-right gadfly Laura Loomer who has been traveling with him and raising some eyebrows about their relationship.

In interviews with Newsweek, two political scientists made the case that Trump is making a huge mistake by not disavowing her before it is too late.

According to Mark Shanahan, who teaches American politics at the University of Surrey, "The fact that the media is awash with speculation on the nature of Trump's relationship with Loomer should be a worry to him, but, as so often, doesn't seem to have registered with 45 as something that might impact his campaign."

Shanahan added, "Loomer is regarded as a dangerous conspiracist, and to be allied with her in any way will damage Trump's standing with the undecided voters he needs on his side if he is to prevail in November. He doesn't need sideshows now, and being seen at key events with Loomer players squarely into Harris' assertion that Trump is an 'unserious man.'"

Thomas Gift, of the Center on U.S. Politics at University College London concurred by adding, "Trump's association with Laura Loomer isn't doing him any favors. When even Marjorie Taylor Greene thinks you're too extreme, you know you've got problems. Trump has been linked to some less-than-upstanding characters in the past, including white supremacists and conspiracy theorists. But even by his standards, his connections to Loomer are troubling."

"Still, the overwhelming majority of Americans have never heard the name 'Laura Loomer,' and those who have are mostly extremely online adults who already know who they're voting for.," he then conceded.

Mary Trump bashes media outlets for 'sane-washing' Donald's 'delusional' rants

During an appearance on MSNBC on Saturday morning, Donald Trump's psychologist niece fumed at media outlets that have been accused of "sane-washing" her uncle's rambling speeches and answers to question to make it appear he was delivering a coherent message.

Speaking with host Ali Velshi and admitting she is suffering the effects of a bout with COVID, Trump claimed that the press covering for the former president and doing a disservice to the public and putting the country in danger.

Noting that she has previously written about "sane-washing" — a name given when journalists try and make Trump's point for him when he goes into one of his tirades — she explained, "The problem is that, it's not simply that many media outlets think that they need to translate Donald. First of all they are not telling us that is what they are doing but they are just pretending that he said these understandable coherent things."

"But much worse than that they are imbuing his meaningless statements with meaning that is not there," she accused. "Making him seem more serious and less delusional than he actually is, as you just pointed out."
