On Thursday morning, MSNBC economic analyst Steven Ratner painted a dark picture of what he expects will happen if Donald Trump win's re-election in less the two weeks.

Standing before a big display that blared "Trump's Plan Will Crater Economy," the investment analyst claimed voters could find themselves mired in another depression based on the GOP's proposed economic plans.

Ratner noted that a wide range of economists have grown alarmed at a Trump presidency.

"So why are these economists so opposed to Trump's plan?" he told the panel. "Because the economic effects would be pretty terrible. This is a study done by Bloomberg Economics and they found that Harris' plan did not have much change in either the GDP or inflation which in a sense is a good thing at this point."

Turning to his display, he added, "But look at what Trump's plan would do. Trump's plan would cut the GDP by 8.9 percent. Let me put that in perspective for you: this is roughly twice the amount that the GDP went down during the financial crisis."

"Wow," co-host Willie Geist interjected.

"We would be looking at something between a recession and a depression and interestingly, I'm sure people know because we've talked about this many times, the tariffs would cause certainly a part of this, but the biggest cause actually of this drop are the mass deportations that Trump is talking about because he would take huge pieces of our labor force out of the country, send them back or send them somewhere else, and the result would be business wouldn't have labor," he elaborated.

They wouldn't be able to produce things, and you would have this enormous economic subtraction," he added. "This is something we've never seen before in terms of scoring a set of policy proposals from a presidential candidate."

CNN is reporting that Fox News edited out several portions of a recent event with former President Donald Trump to omit what it describes as his "rambling answers and false claims."

During one point in Trump's chat with Black voters in a New York barbershop, the former president was asked about eliminating federal taxes.

In an emotionally-laden ten-minute segment on MSNBC's "Morning Joe," co-host Mika Brzezinski did not hold back as she accused Donald Trump of killing women due to his part in making sure Roe v. Wade was overturned.

Brzezinski –– who at one time was not on camera when it appeared she started crying –– used a testimonial clip from Deborah Dorbert, who was the focus of a Washington Post story on the devastating impact the Dobb's ruling has had on families.

In the clip, she described having to bring to term a boy she and her husband had named Milo who was diagnosed with lethal Potter syndrome and doctors told her early on he had no chance of survival. In her video a distraught Dorbert described the agony of watching Milo suffocate over 90 minutes as he turned blue and grew cold in her arms.

After showing the clip, a furious Brzezinski said Dorbert and her husband were not the only ones impacted by the Dobbs decision that was the result of the Trump adding three anti-choice justices to the Supreme Court.

With multiple Morning Joe panelists struggling to talk after watching the clip, Brezinski went off.

"Listen, as important as Trump's fascism is and is the lead story every day, his cozying up to dictators, his obsession with Hitler that has now come out, what he's said about our veterans, and what he wants to do with the military against its political adversaries is all huge news," she began. "This is the future we're looking at in the next Trump term, if there is one. But this is what voters know right now: that he is killing us. I'm talking about us women. He is killing us, he is putting us at risk, he is making us afraid to have babies. He is putting our reproductive health at risk."

Marc Lotter, a former special assistant to former President Donald Trump, tried to brush off claims by multiple former high-level officials who said that the former president was a fascist.

After playing a video showing former Trump Defense Secretary Mark Esper saying that Trump has "fascist inclinations," Lotter tried to dismiss it as hyperbolic rhetoric of the same kind Republicans use when they label Vice President Kamala Harris a "socialist."

On Thursday morning, "Morning Joe" co-host Joe Scarborough launched into an extensive monologue detailing why he thinks Donald Trump's third bid for the White House is in trouble.

Using a bombshell report from Atlantic editor Jeffrey Goldberg that noted the former president wants his military leaders to be much more like the Nazi generals who launched World War II and helped him slaughter millions of Jews, the MSNBC host claimed the "October surprise" expected by political observers is Trump's own words coming back to haunt him.

Addressing his panel, he remarked, "Some pathetic people that are trying to cozy up to Donald Trump, who are trying to blame Jeffrey Goldberg, trying to blame General [John] Kelly for a, quote, 'October surprise' that they're making up. Of course. Imagine that: people actually questioning the integrity of those two. Questioning the integrity of General Kelly."

"But, no, those aren't the October surprises," he elaborated. "The October surprises are what Donald Trump says and what he has said every time he has opened his mouth. The October surprise is that Donald Trump has said he is going to arrest his Democratic opponents. The October surprise is that Donald Trump has said he is going to use the army and is going to use the national guard against his political opponents –– that's the October surprise."

Continuing in that vein, he added, "The October surprise is that Donald Trump has called Nancy Pelosi, Adam Schiff, called his Democratic opponents the enemies from within," before later stating, "But it is Donald Trump who said that Nancy Pelosi is more an enemy to America than Kim Jong-un, than Xi, than Putin, and all the other communist leaders and dictators that want to destroy America –– that's the October surprise. That's Donald Trump's biggest problem right now."
