CNN panel bursts into laughter after GOPer claims Trump has a 'thick skin' and doesn't mind criticism

The entire panel on Jake Tapper's State of the Union burst into laughter on Sunday morning when a defender of Donald Trump said the president has a "thick skin" and is immune to criticism.

Discussing new acting Chief of Staff Mick Mulvaney's previous comments about Trump as "a terrible human being," Trump defender David Urban blew it off, saying, "I'm sure the president knows that people say bad things about him. He's got pretty thick skin."

As he sat red-faced while the entire panel burst out laughing, CNN regular Symone Sanders set him straight.

"The thinnest skin I've ever seen," she admonished him, to which he replied, with a smile, "He's a tough guy, he can take it," which caused more laughter.
