CNN panel ridicules exodus from White House after Bill Shine bails: 'The only ones left are the nepotism hires'

On Friday, CNN legal analyst Jeffrey Toobin ridiculed President Donald Trump for having a rotating staff. Former Fox News executive Bill Shine resigned from his position as White House communication director.

During an interview with CNN host Wolf Blitzer, Toobin said that the only people left in Trump's White House are his "nepotism hires."

"It's not just the Communication Department. Other than Kellyanne Conway, who is still there from the beginning?" Toobin said. "They're all gone."

He added, "The chief of staff, the national security adviser, he's gone through several. The only people that are there are the nepotism hires like his daughter and son-in-law. And Kellyanne Conway who has some magic potion that allows her to stay. The rule is, he gets sick of people. It's not the exception."

National security analyst Shawn Turner added, "The president isn't looking for someone to give advice and counsel. They are looking for someone to do the impossible and make the president look good no matter what he says."
