President Donald Trump raised eyebrows and concerns about his mental fitness after wandering away from a White House event.
The president announced an executive order Monday morning intended to lower the price of prescription drugs by up to 80 percent, but he nearly walked out of the gathering without signing the order following a rambling speech, reported the Irish Star.
"There's never been anything like it," Trump said. "It's a very exciting time in America. Thank you very much, everybody. Thank you."
Then he turned to walk out of the room before Mehmet Oz, his administrator of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, tapped him on the back and redirected him back to a desk to sign the order.

"Sleepy Don has no clue what’s going on!" said X user Timothy Bellman.
"A ten-day story under Biden but whatever," posted author Jon Sternfeld.
Numerous social media users recalled that he had forgotten to sign executive orders at previous events, including a recent event announcing his sweeping tariffs, when he had to be escorted back to the dias to sign the order.
The White House released physical and cognitive report last month by White House physician Sean Barbabella that started Trump was in “excellent health” and is “fully fit” to be in his role, but not everyone is convinced.
