Even conservatives are appalled that Trump said 'Second Amendment people' could stop Hillary

A number of conservative figures expressed their frustration Tuesday with Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump, after he appeared to suggest using violence to stop his rival, Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton.

“If she gets to pick her judges, nothing you can do folks,” Trump said at a campaign rally in North Carolina. “Although the Second Amendment people, maybe there is.”

Some conservatives were also upset that Trump's comments would overshadow a story that could have potentially harmed Clinton: news that the father of the Orlando club mass shooter sat behind her at a recent campaign rally.
