Megyn Kelly's NBC show has reportedly been a massive disaster for the network, and now one fired writer is claiming that the atmosphere behind the scenes is worse than anyone else knows.
The Daily Mail has obtained an email from fired Megyn Kelly writer Kevin Bleyer that alleges the show's two executive producers engage in harassment and abuse of their staffers.
According to Bleyer, producer Christine Cataldi regularly calls her assistant an "idiot," while fellow producer Jackie Levin dismisses people who give constructive criticism as "f*cking whiners."
Bleyer claims that this behavior from the show's producers is particularly ironic given the amount of time the show has devoted to covering stories of people who get harassed at their jobs.
"It is a special absurdity -- and what some find a hard-to-swallow injustice -- that as a team we've been lauded for covering harassment stories daily on air, while the staff producing those stories feels so embattled and bullied themselves," the letter reads.
Sources at NBC tell the Daily Mail that they don't believe Kelly is aware of the actions of her two executive producers.
"We hope that Megyn sees this and speaks up," one source said. "She has the power to change this and have Jackie removed from the show."
