President Donald Trump warned the Carolinas as Hurricane Florance approached the eastern shores of the United States. In the briefing by federal agencies, Trump went on to sing his praises of what he said was a success in Puerto Rico.
Calling the federal response to Puerto Rico a "tremendous" achievement, Trump said, "I think that Puerto Rico was an incredible, unsung success."
