Rep. Beto O'Rourke (D-TX) narrowly lost the Texas campaign for U.S. Senate to incumbent Sen. Tex Cruz (R-TX) on Tuesday, but celebrated his effort with a boisterous election night speech.
O'Rourke's upbeat speech praised Texas, America, his family and his supporters.
"I’m so f*cking proud of you guys!" he told his campaign during the nationally televised speech.
MSNBC aired the speech live, without bleeping.
"Sorry about the f-bomb, we have no control over what’s in the concession speeches," MSNBC anchor Brian Williams said following the speech.
