The internet scalds Ted Cruz for fretting Kavanaugh might never coach girls basketball after rape claims

Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) lamented that sexual assault allegations might keep Brett Kavanaugh from ever coaching girls' basketball again, even if he really wanted to -- and the internet let him have it.

The Texas Republican approved Kavanaugh's nomination for the U.S. Supreme Court, but he worried the sexual assault claims GOP senators refused to fully investigate might cause parents to decide he shouldn't coach their daughters.

Many Twitter users, however, didn't feel any sympathy for Kavanaugh.
