A senior aide to President Donald Trump was filmed drunkenly tossing around a sex toy just hours after attending a black-tie charity gala for a children's cancer hospital at Mar-a-Lago, according to a new report.
Footage obtained by the Daily Mail shows Lynne Patton — a longtime Trump loyalist who has held posts in both of his administrations — playing what looks like a game of hot potato with the purple vibrator aboard a yacht.
The video was reportedly shot by Washington lobbyist Ryan Coyne, described as a close friend of Patton's who often accompanies her to political functions, according to the Mail.
In the clip, Patton, 52, is heard slurring her words and pleading with Coyne not to catch her face on camera. "Ashley, get it. Ryan, get it," she says, trying to pass off the toy. "Stop — not any of us. Not any of us!"
Coyne, narrating as he films, jokes that "Caroline's vibrator is on the loose" before kicking it toward Patton.
"Dude, do not get our faces!" Patton snaps. "Wait, start again. Start again, you're not getting our faces."
According to the Daily Mail, the footage was captured the same night as Mar-a-Lago's "Night of the Dragon" gala, a black-tie fundraiser for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital hosted by Curetivity, the charity formerly known as the Eric Trump Foundation.
A source aboard the yacht claimed the group "needed a palate cleanser from kids with cancer, so they decided to go to the strip club" afterward.
Asked for comment, a White House official told the Daily Beast that Patton "consults with White House Counsel to maintain all required ethical standards and is fiscally responsible for all her own residences" — a statement that notably didn't address the video itself.
Patton, who served as HUD's regional director during Trump's first term, has long been protected inside the administration because of her close ties to Eric and Lara Trump, according to a White House insider, who said even Chief of Staff Susie Wiles has declined to rein her in.
It's not the first time Patton's conduct has drawn scrutiny. In 2021, she was fined $1,000 and barred from federal work for four years after violating the Hatch Act by filming NYC public housing tenants and screening the footage at the Republican National Convention to attack then-Mayor Bill de Blasio.
