Matt Whitaker claims he has not yet spoken to special counsel Robert Mueller: Lindsey Graham

Controversial acting Attorney General Matt Whitaker claims he has not yet spoken to special counsel Robert Mueller, according to Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC).

Josh Dawsey, White House reporter for The Washington Post, spoke with Sen. Graham on Thursday.

"Sen. Lindsey Graham says he met with Acting AG Matt Whitaker this afternoon. Whitaker said he would not recuse himself from the probe, has no plans to shut it down and has not spoken yet with Special Counsel Mueller," Dawsey reported.
