Mueller tells judge Mike Flynn’s cooperation with prosecutors is ‘complete’

Former National Security Advisor Michael Flynn has effectively completed his cooperation with federal prosecutors.

Special counsel Robert Mueller revealed the information in a "joint status update" to Judge Emmet Sullivan on Flynn's delayed sentencing.

"The government takes no position on the defendant's request for a continuance," the filing read.

"However, while the defendant remains in a position to cooperate with law enforcement authorities, and could testify in the [Eastern District of Virginia] case should it proceed to trial, in the government's view his cooperation is otherwise complete," the filing read.

It was signed by Robert S. Mueller, III and senior assistant special counsels Brandon L. Van Grack and Zainab N. Ahmad.
