New testimony reveals OMB lawyer quit in disgust over Trump withholding Ukraine military aid

President Donald Trump's withholding of U.S. military aid until Ukraine announced an investigation into the Biden family caused one administration official to resign, according to new testimony.

Career White House Office of Management and Budget official Mark Sandy testified that an OMB attorney resigned after the administration put a hold on the aid.
