Let me assist Slate in inflicting upon you possibly the worst cartoon ever created by a mainstream cartoonist - in a world where Chris Muir is a cartoonist.

For the record, apart from any other issues, the above link was intended to resolve to a permalink to the cartoon's home on Slate. It apparently did not, something which I never noticed once it changed. It does now.
