The Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court rejected a lawsuit filed by GOP lawmakers led by state Rep. Daryl Metcalfe to roll back the state's certification of the vote, leaving only one challenge to his loss before the U.S. Supreme Court.
Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton has challenged the results in Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin, but the high court has not decided whether to hear the case and was not expected by most legal experts to do so.
