Rick Wilson mocks Trump for likely 'going out of his damn mind' while cable news was showing Obama speeches

Ex-Republican Rick Wilson thinks that President Donald Trump was likely losing it while watching cable news feed former President Barack Obama's speeches live.

According to Wilson, the one thing that hurts Trump more than anything is when he loses television time to someone else.

"I will tell you what Barack Obama does that hurts Donald Trump more than the most cutting insult, and that is he takes the cameras off of Trump and takes the attention off Trump," Wilson said. "The other day when they carried a Barack Obama speech live for the first time in six years start to finish, I guarantee you it was driving Donald Trump out of his damn mind."

Wilson explained that Trump wants to be the center of attention at all times, so when Obama takes over it likely results in another presidential meltdown at the White House.

"So, without getting into the mudslinging, I think Obama can get inside Trump's head and play a cooler and more effective game," Wilson explained.

He noted that he doesn't anticipate Obama getting into a "small-hand, name-calling kind of thing" that Trump would relish in. Instead, Obama will mock the president in ways he doesn't even see coming.

Trump joked that he fell asleep during Obama's speech on Friday. Since the speech was in the middle of a workday, it prompted many on social media to ask why the president was snoozing to Obama when he should have been serving the American people.
