The internet hammers Vanity Fair for 'bad video' urging Hillary Clinton trade politics for knitting

Vanity Fair posted a video suggested Hillary Clinton take up a new hobby -- knitting for example -- instead of politics, and social media users were outraged.

The magazine's politics and business partner Hive shared the video, which showed editors and writers sipping champagne and giving unsolicited advice to the former Secretary of State, U.S. senator and Democratic presidential nominee.

“Take up a new hobby in the new year,” suggested writer Maya Kosoff. “Volunteer work, knitting, improv comedy ― literally anything that will keep you from running again.”

Twitter users ripped the magazine's video as a sexist cheap shot.
