Former President Donald Trump on Tuesday attacked his one-time favorite morning news show for not paying enough attention to his presidential campaign.
Writing on his Truth Social platform, the former president took aim at "Fox & Friends" for spending too much time talking about other Republican candidates despite the fact that polls show he is beating them by a comfortable margin.
"I watched Fox & Friends this morning, and it is totally unrecognizable," he wrote. "All they do is 'gush' over job seeking candidates that are 50 Points, plus, down to your favorite President, or speak endlessly about people that will never run and, without cheating, could never win."
POLL: Should Trump be allowed to run for office?
Trump then added of the show, "No wonder their ratings are way down."
In a follow-up post, Trump proceeded to take aim at Fox News as a whole.
"FoxNews was our VOICE, but sadly, that VOICE has developed a serious case of Laryngitis!!!" he complained.
Trump has regularly bashed Fox News and other media outlets owned by Rupert Murdoch, who has reportedly completely soured on Trump and is desperate to get anyone else to be the Republican Party's 2024 nominee.
So far, however, Republican primary voters don't seem to be listening and appear set on nominating Trump either despite or because of the fact that he was impeached twice in his first term and has now been criminally indicted in four different jurisdictions.
