'I have no immunity!' Trump begs fans for cash after court rules he can be prosecuted

Former President Donald Trump blasted his MAGA base with a cash demand just moments after a D.C. appellate court slapped down his presidential immunity claim.

Trump’s all-caps message hurls accusations against the Justice Department, the Biden administration and the federal court system, all of which he claims have united in a massive witch hunt to undermine his 2024 presidential campaign.

“Moments ago, federal judges just ruled that I HAVE NO PRESIDENTIAL IMMUNITY!” Trump tells his followers. “THEY WON’T STOP UNTIL THE MAGA MOVEMENT IS ERASED!”

Trump demands his supporters all “chip in” before the day is done so that he, the former president accused of attempting to disrupt the peaceful transfer of power in the 2020 election, can better fight against “tyranny.”

“Joe Biden has weaponized the entire federal government against US,” Trump claims. “They’ll never stop targeting us, but I know with your support at this very moment, WE WILL WIN!”

This demand arrived after the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled unanimously that “presidential immunity” does not protect Trump from prosecution on criminal election interference charges in Washington D.C.

The ruling ends a weeks-long stay in special counsel Jack Smith’s federal case against the Trump, also the leading Republican candidate in the 2024 presidential race.

Trump has pleaded not guilty, arguing his actions leading up to the Jan. 6 riots at the U.S. Capitol in 2021 were not criminal and that prosecuting him would open the door to prosecuting all presidents for their official actions.

The appellate court disagreed.

In the new message from the Trump Save America Joint Fundraising Committee, the former president argues the ruling is proof of a conspiracy against his presidential campaign.

“No matter how many vicious lies and attacks they throw our way, President Trump will NEVER SURRENDER our great country to the Left’s tyranny,” reads a pop-up message on the conservative fundraising site WinRed. “We’re counting on YOUR support to finish what we started.

“Together, we will DISMANTLE the Deep State.”
