Trump snarls at Mueller report 'hit job' and pushes for apology from Democrats and 'Trump haters'

It looks s like it is going to be a long Easter Sunday for President Donald Trump on Twitter who is now demanding Democrats apologize for the Mueller report which he claims is a "hit job" -- a change from his usual accusation that it was a "witch hunt.,"

In a series of tweets, the president noted -- but did not link to -- an op-ed in the New York Times, which he claimed was headlined, "MEDIA AND DEMOCRATS OWE TRUMP AN APOLOGY." The actual op-ed, penned by a non-regular contributor, was titled, "Barr Is Right About Everything. Admit You Were Wrong."

Leaping from that, Trump tweeted: "The Trump Haters and Angry Democrats who wrote the Mueller Report were devastated by the No Collusion finding! Nothing but a total 'hit job' which should never have been allowed to start in the first place!"

It is likely the Democrats will not be issuing an apology for a report from a special counsel who was appointed by Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein.
