President Donald Trump shocked his critics on Tuesday after he posted videos of brutal animal attacks on his Truth Social account.
In one video, a man was repeatedly bitten by a tiger inside an enclosure. The other video, which appeared to be generated by artificial intelligence, was a mash-up of different videos of lions attacking humans, some of which had broken through fences and glass enclosures to do so.
"Don't ever mess with nature!" Trump captioned one video.
The posts set off alarm bells for many political analysts, some of whom described it as the latest sign of Trump's mental decline.
"If an elderly relative of yours was posting videos like this on Facebook, you'd do a wellness check. The president is a sick man," journalist Aaron Rupar posted on X.
"Why is Donald Trump posting grisly video footage of a person getting mauled to death by a tiger in the UK this weekend? Your guess is as good as mine," Andrew Egger, White House correspondent for The Bulwark, posted on X.
"You people are sick in the f------ head," Jimmy Rushton, a Kyiv-based security analyst, posted on X.
