WATCH LIVE: Wind-whipped wildfires turn northern California into a scene of 'Armageddon'

Raging wildfires have forced hundreds of people to evacuate from northern California wine country.

"People are running red lights, there is chaos ensuing," Santa Rosa resident Ron Dodds told KTVU on Monday. "It's a scary time. It looks like Armageddon."

Firefighters are battling about 10 expanding fires. Mandatory evacuations have been ordered in Marin County, Napa County, Sonoma County, and Lake County.

“Everyone in Sonoma County is spread out fighting these fires, but they don’t have enough resources to handle something like this. The only thing we can do is hope the wind will come down,” Windsor Fire Chief Jack Piccinini said.
