They also horrified the old guard of traditional, Reagan-era current and former Republicans who fear the damage this administration is doing to America's reputation on the world stage.

Many took to social media to express their anger at how Trump and Vance just humiliated their country — and their fear that it is setting up America to be powerless in its dealings with other countries.

Fox News' Karl Rove on Friday couldn't find a way to spin the disastrous spat that erupted between President Donald Trump and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.

In a video posted to Bluesky, Brian Glenn, who reports for fringe conservative site Real America's Voice, demanded of the Ukrainian leader, "Do you — why don't you wear a suit?"

"Why don't you wear a suit? You're the highest level in this country's office, and you refuse to wear a suit," he pressed, while J.D. Vance could be seen laughing, before adding, "Do you own a suit?"

"I will wear a suit after this war is over," Zelensky politely replied. "Maybe something like yours. Maybe better."
