Cerina Fairfax, a Virginia dentist and mother of two, spent nearly two years living in the same house as her husband while she was trying to divorce him.

Explosive court finding as more misconduct revelations exposed for Kristi Noem's aides

A federal judge has ruled that a senior aide to former Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem deliberately destroyed messages in the middle of active litigation, marking the second time in months a top Noem official has been caught wiping communications tied to the disaster response agency.

According to Tom Latchem for PunchUp, Karen Evans, a former acting Federal Emergency Management Agency chief and one of Noem's most trusted advisers, shortened the auto-delete timer on a Signal group chat called "FEMA 2.0" from four weeks down to just one. The change came in mid-March, right in the window after Trump had ousted Noem and after her team had already been formally told to hold onto relevant records.

ODESSA — Texas Railroad Commissioner candidate Bo French stood by racist remarks he made Sunday on social media that included a photo of South Asian students celebrating a football game at the University of Texas at Austin, arguing the university promotes discriminatory enrollment practices that favor students of color.

Speaking Monday morning on the Mark Davis Show, a mainstay conservative radio broadcast, French dismissed the backlash he garnered over his post on X from Texas Republicans, including outgoing U.S. Sen. John Cornyn.

Trump ally disgusted after Epstein reporter threatened and thrown out of GOP event

An ally of President Donald Trump’s was left mortified after journalist Tara Palmeri was thrown out of the RNC midterm convention in Texas last week after asking questions about Jeffrey Epstein — and threatened with arrest should she return.

“I don’t know how anyone takes the party seriously at this point,” the Trump ally told Palmeri, speaking on the condition of anonymity. “Kicking you out is not only bad policy, but makes the tribalism look so entrenched that it’s frankly getting indefensible for anyone with a tinge of ethics.”
