'Gaslighting the people': MAGA lawmaker breaks with Trump on key election issue

President Donald Trump’s insistence that affordability isn’t an issue amid rising prices is leading one MAGA lawmaker to break with the president and accuse him of “gaslighting voters.”

“Gaslighting the people and trying to tell them that prices have come down is not helping,” said Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) while appearing on former White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer’s show, NPR reported Friday.

Trump DOJ poised to dramatically expand Texas 'antifa' prosecution

The U.S. government plans to dramatically expand its Texas “antifa” prosecution by adding new defendants to its “militant enterprise” case against two individuals charged with terrorism conspiracy related to a summer attack on an immigration enforcement facility.

Federal prosecutors said in a court filing earlier this month they plan to seek a superseding indictment that would add new defendants to the case against Zachary Evetts and Autumn Hill, who are among 15 individuals charged in connection to the July 4 attack on the Prairieland ICE facility in Alvarado, Texas, in which a local police officer sustained a gunshot wound.

'His own worst enemy': WSJ editorial bashes Trump's handling of latest Epstein 'follies'

The Wall Street Journal's conservative editorial board bashed President Donald Trump's handling of what they dubbed "Jeffrey Epstein follies."

Lawmakers on the House Oversight Committee released tens of thousands of pages of documents from Epstein's case file on Wednesday, some of which were politically damaging to Trump. 'Outrageous!' George Conway tears apart Trump admin's fake exoneration of the president

Conservative anti-Trump attorney and Society for the Rule of Law founder George Conway went on MSNBC's "The Weeknight" Thursday to tear into Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche, as the latter attempts to defend his controversial interview with convicted sex offender Ghislaine Maxwell.

The Justice Department publicly took Maxwell at her word that Trump was not involved in the late billionaire sex offender Jeffrey Epstein's abuse, despite her being caught in lies at her own trial. She was promptly moved to a minimum-security luxury prison camp in Bryan, Texas, against Bureau of Prisons policy.

'Wow!' Ex-Fox News uncorks stunning DOJ prediction as Epstein bombshells engulf Trump

A former Fox News host delivered an eyebrow-raising prediction Thursday night on CNN, warning the Justice Department will be forced to make a desperate move early next week as the fallout from the Jeffrey Epstein files continues to plague President Donald Trump.

Major Epstein-related bombshells dropped this week when the House Oversight Committee released a trove of more than 23,000 documents from the convicted sex offender's estate. The emails referenced several high-profile people, most notably Trump. That includes a 2011 message from Epstein to convicted accomplice Ghislaine Maxwell saying Trump spent hours at his house with one of Epstein's victims. In a 2019 email to author Michael Wolff, Epstein wrote, "Of course he knew about the girls as he asked ghislaine to stop."

Won't 'hide under the bed': House lawmaker defiant after new targeting by Trump

Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA) was unfazed by President Donald Trump's newest legal threats against him, he told the panel on MSNBC's "The Weeknight" on Thursday.

This comes as Swalwell, currently considering a bid for California governor, is the latest to be referred to the Justice Department by Trump's controversial housing finance administrator Bill Pulte on barely-supported allegations of mortgage fraud — a go-to accusation that he has also used to target Sen. Adam Schiff (D-CA), New York Attorney General Letitia James, and Federal Reserve governor Lisa Cook.
