WASHINGTON (Reuters) - President Joe Biden is hosting the White House's first big Juneteenth celebration on Tuesday evening, a concert featuring performances by Oscar-winning singer Jennifer Hudson, hip-hop duo Wu-Tang's Method Man and marching bands from Tennessee and Maryland.
