Politico's Kyle Cheney reported on Tuesday that the Trump DOJ stopped its review of Rep. Andy Ogles' (R-TN) phone, which was confiscated in March 2024 as part of the federal investigation. Ogles said the FBI and the Federal Election Commission were investigating "mistakes" that his campaign made in their initial campaign finance filings.
