That foreign national is 55-year-old Ori Solomon, an Israeli citizen and property manager who was in the United States on a non-immigrant visa. Law enforcement was tipped off in January after a cleaner hired to work at one of Solomon's Las Vegas properties fell "deathly ill" upon entering the garage, where "glass beakers with reddish liquid inside” and a “biological safety cabinet” they believed was a “centrifuge," was found, ABC News reported.

Fox News' Brian Kilmeade appeared to admit Friday that President Donald Trump's apparent sleeping spells during meetings were real — but mounted a personal defense of the president's frequent snoozing while pleading with viewers to "please stop" drawing attention to it.

“I've been accused of a lot of things but not cognitive decline — anyone who's with me on Friday or Saturday, or sometimes around 2 o’clock on the train, I will fall asleep!” Kilmeade said on “Fox & Friends.” “That's what happens when you sleep four hours a day, and for his case, you have the weight of the country on your shoulders. Sometimes you fall asleep, let alone being 80 years old!”

'Gaslighting 101': Three-time Trump voter appalled as admin spreads 'laughable' rumors

There's scant evidence to support claims by tech billionaires and the Trump administration that local backlash against massive data centers is being orchestrated by China and other foreign nations — and those conspiracy theories have only served to embolden opponents, according to a report.

Kevin O'Leary, the Canadian billionaire and "Shark Tank" personality, has claimed "nefarious" Chinese-linked investors were fueling protests against a proposed 40,000-acre data center he wants to build in northwestern Utah, and Interior Secretary Doug Burgum amplified those claims about "foreign-directed propaganda" on Fox Business.
