Attorney Norm Eisen, who has been at the heart of numerous successful legal challenges to Trump's administration in both terms, appeared on MSNBC over the weekend to discuss the recent actions and cases against Trump.
Eisen, whom Trump has railed against on several occasions, cited more than 125 cases his Democracy Defenders Fund group has against the Trump admin. He also said Trump hasn't yet "captured his dictatorial objective" because of "the massive pushback" in the form of litigation.

"This is the part of the resistance that's working," he added, noting that the lower courts have ruled against Trump more than 200 times.

When asked about the Supreme Court, known for handing Trump big wins, Eisen claimed that Barrett "hinted" last week that the high court wouldn't end birthright citizenship.
