CNN's Dana Bash appeared gobsmacked that President Donald Trump injected politics into his remarks about the tragic mid-air collision that claimed 67 lives over the Potomac River Wednesday night.
Bash showed a live shot of the teams working to recover bodies, when Bash commented, "As this is happening, the president of the United States went into the White House briefing room, and almost immediately began to blame Democrats for the diversity programs that were in place, suggesting, as he admitted, without evidence, that perhaps there is a connection between that and what you are looking at."
Bash then played a portion of Trump's remarks.
