The Trump administration has given its European partners a plan on how it wants to rebuild Ukraine and bring Russia back into the world market, according to an exclusive Wall Street Journal report published Wednesday.

The appendices have not been publicly released; however, U.S. and European officials have described them to The Journal and have indicated that U.S. financial organizations and businesses will use about $200 billion in frozen Russian assets to help fund projects in Ukraine. Those efforts include a new, large-scale data center to be powered by a nuclear plant currently under occupation by Russian troops.

"The proposals have sparked an intense battle at the negotiating table between America and its traditional allies in Europe. The outcome stands to profoundly alter the economic map of the continent," according to The Journal. ...

Donald Trump and speaker Mike Johnson have both praised Sen. Katie Britt (R-AL) for her response to Joe Biden's State of the Union address, but several of the ex-president's close allies aren't so sure.

Britt, a young woman who gave her Biden reply from her sparse kitchen, was roundly criticized for her delivery, among other things. The presentation was so odd that it caused some MAGA fans to revolt against Trump on Truth Social.

While some, such as Trump ally Mark Levin, said Britt's job was "well done," others have sounded the alarm....

Witnesses being called to testify in connection with Donald Trump’s legal troubles could have legal troubles of their own.

That's according to legal analyst Lisa Rubin, who said Wednesday that former Trump spokesperson Taylor Budowich’s grand jury testimony in the Mar-a-Lago documents probe typifies witnesses in the Trump probe with potential legal exposure.

“I was sort of scratching my head when we found out that today's witness was Taylor Budowich because he would seem to be one of those people who might have criminal exposure, depending on what he knew and when,” Rubin said Wednesday during an appearance on MSNBC’s “Alex Wagner Tonight.”...
