Former President George W. Bush made a rare public appearance Tuesday morning, expressing regret that his name is attached to one of the largest tax cuts in U.S. history.

GOP presidential primary frontrunner Mitt Romney added more uncertainty over his tax plan Wednesday morning, citing that any private analysis of it was inaccurate because it 'can't be scored" without all the details "laid out."

Oh, lookee here, Grover Norquist is making impeachment threats against the President if he doesn't extend the Bush tax cuts:
