Former Democratic Senator Joe Lieberman has reportedly passed away, and politicians and experts were quick to give condolences.

Lieberman, who was previously connected to the "No Labels" third-party movement, died due to complications following a fall, according to a report.

A former official in Donald Trump's presidential administration has reportedly died days after being shot during a carjacking.

Mike Gill, who served as chief of staff at the Commodity Futures Trading Commission during the Trump administration, was shot during a deadly carjacking rampage in Washington, D.C. on Monday.

There are numerous ways in which Donald Trump could throw a wrench into the Republican primary leading up to the 2024 election, and one of them is to not survive.

The former president, who is currently 77 and turns 78 in June, recently mourned the loss of his older sister. He also used that event to complain that the "fake news went after her mercilessly." Trump has also called into question the health of President Joe Biden, who is a few years older than Trump.

If Trump were to die, the change in the election cycle would be dependent upon when in the process that loss of life occurred, according to a Business Insider report. The outlet also reported that such a change would be highly dependent upon the states.

The suspect in the Lewiston, Maine mass shooting has been reportedly found dead, after a manhunt that lasted more than a day and involved multiple agencies including the U.S. Coast Guard.

Robert Card was an Army reservist and former firearms instructor believed to have carried out a rampage with a semiautomatic rifle that left 18 people dead and dozens injured across multiple locations, including a bowling alley and restaurant, according to Bangor Daily News reporter Michael Shepherd, who was alerted by Sen. Angus King.

"He was found dead in Lisbon near a recycling center where he used to work in the same clothes he had on during the shootings on Wednesday," Shepherd said....
