President Donald Trump acknowledged Friday that his eldest son may not have conducted a background check before accepting lavish wedding celebrations from a Russian oligarch with ties to Vladimir Putin.

Asked in the Oval Office whether it was appropriate for Donald Trump Jr. to accept the gift, Trump insisted it was “totally allowed” and repeatedly claimed he had heard his son reimbursed oligarch Umar Kremlev.

“As I understand, he paid him back,” Trump said. “He didn’t want to have that. So I hear he paid him back.” ...

Rep. Joyce Beatty (D-OH) gave a blistering fact-check of President Donald Trump and his claims about the closure of the Kennedy Center.

On Tuesday night, Beatty appeared for an interview with anchor Kaitlan Collins, where she described the "chaotic" argument they had during a Kennedy Center board meeting. New information about President Donald Trump's close aide Natalie Harp raised eyebrows among critics online Wednesday.

In a bombshell report, MS NOW reported that Harp worked at the White House for an entire year without security clearance.

MS NOW's White House correspondent Jake Traylor disclosed the revelation about Harp, who has been at the center of rumors about the nature her relationship with Trump.
